Hi, I’m Angel!
I’m a freestyler, choreographer, and performer specializing in Melbourne Shuffle, Electro and Freestep. I’ve been doing Melbourne Shuffle since 2008, winning three national tournaments in Venezuela and two team vs. team dance competitions in all styles categories.
My most recent achievements internationally:
Top 16 at Battle of Europe 2025
Top 32 at The Showcase League (TSL) 2026
I’ve been deeply involved in the global Melbourne Shuffle and Cutting Shapes scene, contributing to the Venezuelan, Canadian (Montreal), and European communities. Through this journey, I’ve also gained experience as a judge in Venezuela, Canada, and Europe, giving me a strong perspective on teaching, competing, and the culture behind both dances.
Whether you want to have fun at raves, get in shape, compete, or become the best version of yourself, I’ll help you reach your goals with all the information that i know. My classes focus on technique and precision, helping you improve quickly while unlocking your full potential.
Melbourne Shuffle isn’t just a dance for me it’s my passion and my life. I’ve spent years mastering, teaching, and evolving. I don’t just teach movement I help you understand the culture and connect with the roots of the dance.
I’m also the founder, organizer, and event coordinator of Black Fire Crew in Montreal, a recognized Melbourne Shuffle and Cutting Shapes Community dedicated to growing the scene through events, meetups, tournaments, and group classes.
In addition, I stay actively involved in international shuffle and cutting shapes communities and discussions, collaborating, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the scene and its culture beyond borders.

I've been dancing since the age of 7 (hip hop and jazz) and I've been dancing shuffle since 6 years. My hefty baggage of experiences in multiple sports have allowed me to learn more about the specific muscles involved in dance movement. Shuffling is a style of dance that is taking more and more place in our generation and my goal is to communicate my knowledge about this dance and to pass this passion I have for shuffling on to the next ones!
